Review
Heroes III is a strategy videogame in which the player controls an army composed of heroes and a wide variety of creatures in order to defeat the other armies fighting to control the stage, or to meet other status of victory specified in each scenario. The heroes share some similarity with the characters of a game of role in the sense that they can carry weapons and equipment to improve their skills and earn points. In addition, the heroes can learn a variety of disciplines, either magical, combating or other. Both heroes and creatures are recruited in the castles, which also collect taxes.
The scenarios are varied, from the traditional one requiring the elimination of other players to those with a goal alternative and specific missions. The maps vary in size, ranging from small and fast until XL or almost forever, and are plagued by objects and obstacles.
Heroes of Might and Magic III Complete is a compilation of The Restoration of Erathia and both expansion packs: Armageddon's Blade and The Shadow of Death. |
